湘潭市财政会计学会从1980年到1984年止,先后举办各种类型会计研究班、进修班、培训班26个,共计学员2,185人,占全市现有财会人员总数的一半.在学习结业的学员中已有343人获得各类会计技术职称,不少人在经济改革中被选拔任命为厂长(经理),副厂长(副经理)或财务会计部门负责人.先后两次“成本研究班”的学员175人中,共向学会提交论文和调查报告98篇,许多学员能运用所学知识,总结经验教训,提出了很有见地的设想. 我们的培训方式有半脱产、脱产和夜校走读等多种形式,主要是夜校走读.时间最短的脱产学习
