我矿改进工艺制度:把弱碱介质浮铅改为弱酸介质浮铅;采用丁钠黑药与乙黄药混用取代单一黄药分离铅锌,使铅、锌精矿的质量和回收率均明显提高,选矿成本相应降低。(一)矿石性质丙村铅锌矿区为裂隙充填交代中温热液矿床,它产于泥盆纪岩断裂带中。金属矿物以方铅矿、闪锌矿为主,还有黄铁矿、毒砂、锡石、白铁矿和磁黄铁矿等。脉石矿物主要是石英,还有白云母、绢云母、绿泥石和石灰石等。矿物呈粗细不均匀嵌布,方铅矿粒度为0.1~2毫米,闪锌矿为0.02~2毫米,它们相互呈不规则交代接触。闪锌矿中含铁较多。(二)弱酸性介质浮铅在小型试验获得弱酸性介质浮铅较好指标的基础上,我矿于1980年2月采用弱酸性介质浮铅,生产指标大幅度提高,而且
