Yinchuan, the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, a mysterious and beautiful city under Helan Mountain in western China. Yinchuan, a river of silver movies, is not only a base for film production in western China, but also a source of inspiration for a new generation of filmmakers in China.
