目的:考察热毒宁注射液与常用输液及其他药物配伍后的变化。方法:按中国药典2010版测定配伍后的pH值、不溶性微粒、光谱吸收变化。结果:热毒宁注射液用0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液稀释后会不同程度地析出黄棕色不溶性微粒,但前者相对较少;热毒宁注射液与pH值较高的药物如含碳酸氢钠的电解质输液、阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠静脉推注液、地塞米松磷酸钠注射液等混合后颜色变黄绿色,光谱吸收曲线改变,有效成分(绿原酸)分解。结论:热毒宁注射液宜用0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释后静脉滴注,与pH值较高的药物联用时应分开注射或在不同输液间用0.9%氯化钠注射液冲管。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of Renduining injection after compatibility with common infusion and other drugs. Methods: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition after the determination of the compatibility of pH, insoluble particles, changes in spectral absorption. Results: Rendu injection injection of 0.9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose solution will precipitate yellow brown insoluble particles to varying degrees, but the former is relatively small; Reverining injection and high pH value Drugs such as sodium bicarbonate containing electrolyte infusion, amoxicillin / sulbactam sodium intravenous injection, dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection mixed yellow and green after the color change, the spectral absorption curve changes, the active ingredient (chlorogenic acid) break down. Conclusion: Rendunning injection should be diluted with 0.9% sodium chloride injection after intravenous infusion, and when combined with higher pH drugs should be injected separately or in different infusion between 0.9% sodium chloride injection of red tube.
