目的:探讨不同剂量砷对大鼠大脑皮层乙酰胆碱脂酶(AChE)的影响。方法:以剂量递增法建立染砷大鼠动物模型。12周后,测定不同剂量砷对大鼠大脑皮层乙酰胆碱脂酶(AChE)。结果:不同剂量染砷组间大鼠大脑皮层乙酰胆碱脂酶(AChE)活性有显著性差别(P<0.05),随剂增加AChE值降低(P<0.05),呈剂量—效应关系。低剂量组与正常对照组相比,乙酰胆碱脂酶活性无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论:随染砷剂量增加,大鼠大脑皮层AChE活性降低,呈剂量—效应关系。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different doses of arsenic on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in rat cerebral cortex. Methods: Arsenic-stained rat models were established by dose escalation. After 12 weeks, different doses of arsenic were assayed for acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in rat cerebral cortex. Results: AChE activity in cerebral cortex of rats with different doses of arsenic was significantly different (P <0.05). With the increase of AChE, the AChE level was decreased (P <0.05) and dose-effect relationship. There was no significant difference in acetylcholinesterase activity between the low-dose group and the normal control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: With the increase of arsenic dose, the activity of AChE in the cerebral cortex of rats decreased, showing a dose-response relationship.
