浅灰链霉菌杭州变种(Streptomyces griseolus var.Hangzhouensis n.var.Yan et Fang)在淀粉培养基中发酵后,菌丝体经1N氢氧化钠(或丙酮)浸泡,醋酸乙脂萃取和硅胶柱层析,可得微黄色蜡状物,再用薄板层析精制,即得杀蚜素A纯品。经紫外和红外吸收光谱及核磁共振谱分析,发现其理化性质、生物学特性和化学结构与已知的杀粉蝶菌素(Piericidin)16个同系物不同,故可认为是一种新的抗生素。
After fermentation of Streptomyces griseolus var.
