目的 调查海勤人员的心身健康状况。方法 采用康奈尔医学指数 (CMI)和状态—特质焦虑问卷 (STAI)调查 743名海勤人员。结果 军龄分组 1~ 2年 1 47人、3~ 4年 3 0 6人、5~ 1 0年 2 3 7人和 1 0年以上 5 3人 (以下依次分为 组、 组、 组、 组 )。在 CMI-D得分中 , 组 > 组 , 组 > 组 ,P均 <0 .0 5 ;在 CMI-E得分中 , 组 > 组 , 组 > 组 , 组> 组 ,P均 <0 .0 1 ;在 CMI-K得分中 , 组 > 组 , 组 > 组 ,P均 <0 .0 1 ;在 CMI-L得分中 , 组 > 组 , 组 > 组 , 组 > 组 ,P均 <0 .0 1 ;在 CMI-M得分中 , 组 > 组 ,P<0 .0 5 , 组 > 组 ,P<0 .0 1 ; 组 > 组 , 组 > 组 ,P均 <0 .0 0 1 ;在 CMI-R得分中 , 组 > 组 , 组 > 组 ,P均 <0 .0 0 1。各组其余指标的比较均无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。海勤人员的状态焦虑状况低于常模水平 ,而特质焦虑状况与常模无显著性差异。海勤人员 M-R分与 S-AI以及 T-AI分呈显著正相关。兵源来自农村的与城市的在焦虑水平上没有差别。文化程度与精神活动、状态焦虑以及特质焦虑均呈正相关。结论 海勤人员军龄时间长短不同 ,其心身健康状况也不同 ,应根据不同时期予以因人而异的心理调整 ,适当的焦虑 ,可以维持大脑的兴奋性 ,增强学习的积极性和自觉性 ,提高注意力和反应速度
Objective To investigate the mental and physical health status of the staff in Haichang. Methods A total of 743 sailors were surveyed using the Cornell Medical Index (CMI) and the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Results The military service was divided into groups of 1 to 2 years (147), 3 to 4 years (3 to 6 years), 5 to 10 years (23 to 50) and 5 to 10 years (divided into groups, groups, groups and groups in the following) . There is no difference in the level of anxiety between soldiers and urban areas from rural areas. There was a positive correlation between educational level and mental activity, state anxiety and trait anxiety. Conclusion Armed personnel of different age groups have different mental and physical health. Psychological adjustment and appropriate anxiety according to different periods should be used to maintain the excitability of the brain, enhance the enthusiasm and consciousness of learning, and increase attention Force and reaction speed
