基于弧齿锥齿轮啮合基本原理,给出了其三维精确建模的方法。借助于球面渐开线、基圆锥螺旋线的数学模型,根据弧齿锥齿轮基本参数,利用Matlab软件编程计算得到齿形、齿向数据点,在UG环境下完成弧齿锥齿轮的三维建模。通过对汽车后桥从动齿轮的实际建模,验证了该三维实体建模方法的可行性及其在弧齿锥齿轮误差检测与评定中的应用。
Based on the basic principle of spiral bevel gear meshing, a method of precise 3D modeling is given. According to the basic parameters of spiral bevel gear, the tooth profile and tooth orientation data points are calculated and calculated by using Matlab software. The three-dimensional modeling of spiral bevel gear is completed in UG environment . The feasibility of the 3D solid modeling method and its application in the detection and assessment of the spiral bevel gear error were verified by the actual modeling of the driven gear of the rear axle of the automobile.
