Peter Brooke’s Theatrical Theory leads the trend of contemporary drama creation and commentary. As the only Peter · Brooke drama staged in China, “Lover’s Clothes” provides the audience with a model of “pilgrimage” Transformation, the display of “empty” and “yes” in the narrative space, and the expression of “clothing” as a narrative symbolic image all demonstrate the multiple possibilities of drama as a narrative text.
