民族地区的经济社会发展是关系全面建成小康社会、实现民族复兴中国梦的重大问题。西北民族地区经济社会发展中仍然存在着诸多问题,主要表现为:自然条件恶劣、生态系统脆弱对发展动力的生成造成了巨大压力,复杂的民族、宗教关系带来发展创新动力不足,民族地区的发展政策和措施安排影响内外源动力聚合,经济发展与社会建设不协调延缓动力系统建构等。促进西北民族地区经济社会全面协调可持续发展,应通过以生态文明建设构建经济社会持续发展的坚实基础、充分发挥非正式制度的积极影响,努力实现外源动力的内化效应、挖掘民族传统文化政治资源,强化内源动力的增长、以确实有效的措施促进内外源动力的聚合等途径完成。
The economic and social development in ethnic areas is a major issue that has a bearing on the comprehensive building of a moderately prosperous society and the realization of national rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. There are still many problems in the economic and social development in the northwest ethnic regions. The main problems are as follows: the poor natural conditions, the fragile ecosystem have put tremendous pressure on the development of development momentum, the complex ethnic and religious relations have brought about a lack of motivation for development and innovation, The arrangement of development policies and measures will affect the internal and external dynamics of agglomeration, the uncoordinated development of economy and social construction, and the delay of the construction of the dynamic system.
