《世界经济研究》1990年第3期上刊登了刘慧华同志与本人商榷的文章《论对外贸易与资本主义生产方式的关系》,阅后颇有启发,但也有几点想法,作为商榷意见的商榷。一、以生产关系而不是国家界限来划分内部市场和外部市场,不能构成否定“对外贸易是资本主义生产方式产生的前提”的论据。这是因为,(1)刘慧华同志的这种划分虽然富有新意,恐怕难以作为一种定义对内贸易还是对外贸易的依据。刘慧华同志“根据生产关系把贸易分为对内贸易和对外贸易两种”、“对外贸易应该指不同生产关系之间的贸易”这些说法如
The article entitled “Relations between Foreign Trade and the Capitalist Mode of Production” published in the Third Issue of World Economic Research, No. 3, 1990, was commented by Comrade Liu Huaihua and was inspired by the review.
