村级公有资产管理在农村经济发展中占有重要地住。村级资产管理不仅是广大农民群众普遍关心的问题,而且是诱发干群矛盾的焦点。随着农村改革的深入,农村经济多层次、多元化格局出现,村级公有资产也在悄悄发生变化。合理利用有效资产,优化资源配置,对农村经济发展有着重要意义。针对当前村级资产存量不清、管理不善、资产流失等问题,有必要规范村级资产管理,更好地促进农村经济发展。笔者拟就对宜都市聂家河镇村级公有资产管理情况的调查,提出一些共性问题,并在改进管理上作一些可行性思考。
Village-level public asset management occupies an important place in rural economic development. Village-level asset management is not only a common concern of the broad masses of peasants, but also the focus of conflicts between cadres and masses. With the deepening of rural reform and the multi-level and diversified rural economy, public assets at the village level are also quietly changing. Rational use of effective assets, optimize the allocation of resources for rural economic development is of great significance. In view of the current problems, such as unclear inventory of village-level assets, mismanagement and loss of assets, it is necessary to standardize the management of village-level assets so as to better promote the rural economic development. The author intends to investigate the management of village-level public assets in Nijiahe Town, Yidu City, and puts forward some common problems, and makes some feasible considerations in improving management.
