患者女,30岁。因左下腹包块23年入院。自7岁开始发现左下腹包块伴有疼痛,包块可自行缩小,随之疼痛可缓解。一周前因筛砂子劳动着凉后,发冷发热,左上腹包块增大,伴有尿频,尿急尿痛,无肉眼血尿,无漏尿病史。检查:发育正常,全身皮肤无黄染,表浅淋巴结不肿大。心肺正常。腹部无明显隆起,在左上腹及左腰部可触及一个8×15cm 肿物,表面光滑,有囊性感,压痛(+),双手合诊有浮球感,左肾区叩击痛(+),左脊肋角压痛(+),肝脾未触及,肠鸣音正常。尿常规白细胞++。
