随着我国独生子女家庭的增多,以及就业压力越来越大,子女“啃老”现象越来越普遍,越来越严重。为切实维护老年人的权益,近年来一些地方相继制定出台了禁止“啃老”的法规。2014年8月,由杭州市政府法制办拟订的《杭州市老年人权益保障规定(草案)》第二次征求意见稿规定,禁止有独立生活能力的子女“啃老”。
With the increase of the one-child families in our country and the increasing employment pressure, the phenomenon of children eating old is becoming more and more common and getting worse. In order to earnestly safeguard the rights and interests of the elderly, some places in recent years have formulated and promulgated laws and regulations prohibiting “eating the old”. In August 2014, the second draft of the “Provisions on Safeguarding the Rights and Interests of the Elderly in Hangzhou (Draft)” formulated by the Legislative Affairs Office of Hangzhou Municipality stipulated that children with independent living capacity should be banned.
