目的探讨“三资”企业男劳工的心理健康状况。方法采用SCL-90量表,对4453名“三资”企业男劳工进行调查,将调查结果进行统计与分析。结果“三资”企业男劳工SCL-90的总分、总均分、阳性数目数、阴性数目数,各因子的均数、标准差均高于国内常模(U检验,P<0.01)。“三资”企业男劳工心理问题的发生率为5.5%至38.7%之间,常见的心理问题为焦虑、人际关系敏感、偏执、敌意、抑郁。结论“三资”企业男劳工在一系列心理社会因素的长期困扰下,容易出现各种心理问题,应当引起社会的广泛重视。
Objective To explore the mental health of male workers in “three sources” enterprises. Methods SCL-90 scale was used to survey 4453 male workers in “three sources” enterprises, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The total score, total score, number of positives, number of negatives, mean and standard deviation of SCL-90 were all higher in male-funded enterprises than those in other countries (U test, P <0.01). The incidence rate of male workers in “three sources” enterprises is between 5.5% and 38.7%. Common psychological problems are anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid, hostility and depression. Conclusion Male workers in “three sources” enterprises are prone to various psychological problems under the long-term plague of a series of psychological and social factors, which should arouse the extensive attention of the society.
