我国的经济近几年发展较快,国民的经济水平得到了较大幅度的提高。但是就目前的情况来说公民的素质还处在较低的水平,尤其是人民的法律素质,其关系到我国法制社会的建设,在高职院校中开设法律教育的学科能够对我国法制社会的建成起到促进的作用。在高职院校中法律教育中,普遍使用的教学手段是案例教学,法律教育存在一定的难度,所以在学习过程中一定会遇到很多的难题,通过使用案例教学的方式能够在很大程度上解决其中的问题,增强教学效果。在本文中,将会阐明案例教学的好处,同时分析我国高职教学中案例教学方法存在的弊端,针对此问题,提出相应的对策,最大程度的发挥案例教学的作用。
