为改善结构柱抗冲击性能,提出最优截面形式,对不同截面的新型复合柱进行了抗冲击试验研究,并基于3种通用动力非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc、ABAQUS和ANSYS/LS-DYNA对撞击试验进行了数值模拟。试验结果表明新型复合柱的整体抗冲击性能较好;在相同外径和用钢量下,实心夹层钢管混凝土抗冲击性能最佳,空心夹层钢管混凝土抗冲击性能次之,内插双H型钢钢管混凝土稍差。ABAQUS建立的有限元模型和试验结果吻合最好,MSC.Marc次之,ANSYS/LS-DYNA稍差。研究结果可为新建大型铁路站房柱抗冲击选择最优截面提供依据,并为选取适合的有限元软件进行抗冲击分析提供参考。
In order to improve the impact resistance of the structural column, the optimal cross-section is proposed and the impact test of the new composite columns with different cross sections is carried out. Based on the three general dynamic nonlinear finite element softwares MSC.Marc, ABAQUS and ANSYS / LS-DYNA The impact test is numerically simulated. The experimental results show that the new composite column has better overall impact resistance. Under the same outer diameter and the amount of steel, the impact resistance of CFSTS is the best, followed by the impact resistance of hollow concrete filled steel tube, Concrete is slightly worse. The finite element model established by ABAQUS is in good agreement with the experimental results, followed by MSC.Marc and slightly worse by ANSYS / LS-DYNA. The research results can provide the basis for selecting the optimal cross-section for the impact resistance of large-scale railway station and provide a reference for the selection of suitable finite element software for impact analysis.
