采用不同始锻温度和终锻温度对42Cr Mo VSr钢新型曲轴进行锻压试验,并进行了曲轴冲击性能和磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,随始锻温度从1130℃增大到1210℃或终锻温度从830℃增大到910℃,曲轴的冲击性能和磨损性能均先提高后下降。曲轴的始锻温度优选为1190℃,终锻温度优选为870℃。
Forging tests were carried out on the new crankshafts of 42Cr Mo VSr steel at different initial forging temperatures and final forging temperatures. The impact and wear properties of the crankshafts were tested and analyzed. The results show that under the test conditions, the initial forging temperature increases from 1130 ℃ to 1210 ℃ or the final forging temperature increases from 830 ℃ to 910 ℃, the impact and wear performance of crankshaft first increases and then decreases. The forging temperature of the crankshaft is preferably 1190 ° C and the final forging temperature is preferably 870 ° C.
