The invention is a method for preparing potassium sulfate by one-step dechlorination and one-step production of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer by using potassium chloride and ammonium sulfate as raw materials to prepare potassium sulfate and using the mother liquor to produce nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer and ordinary calcium superphosphate.
