On November 9, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council chaired a State Council executive meeting to study and deploy the work to further crack down on IPR infringement and counterfeit and shoddy goods, and discussed and approved the “Twelfth Five-year Plan for Controlling Greenhouse Gas Emissions”.
