大学附属医院区别于普通公立医院的职能和体制会对其经营效果产生一些影响。文章以规模、实力和市场环境类似的大学附属医院和普通公立医院作为对比组,收集了它们相同年度的经营成果资料,采用定量对比分析方法研究大学是否对其附属医院经营效果产生影响。然后用德尔菲法定性研究出大学哪些行为及功能对其附属医院经营会产生影响。并把这些能产生影响的行为和功能归纳为附属医院经营影响因子,形成大学对其附属医院经营效果影响三角模型和函数关系。
The function and system of university hospital different from that of ordinary public hospital will exert some influence on its operation effect. The article uses university hospitals and public hospitals with similar scale, strength and market environment as the comparative group to collect their business performance data of the same year, and uses quantitative comparative analysis method to study whether the university has an impact on the operation effect of its affiliated hospitals. Then using the Delphi method to qualitatively study what the University’s behavior and function of its affiliated hospitals will have an impact. And summarizes these influential behaviors and functions into the influential factors of the operation of the affiliated hospital so as to form the triangle model and the functional relationship between the university and its affiliated hospitals.
