目的旨在了解农村老年高血压患者遵医行为的现状,并给予针对性的护理干预,提高患者的遵医行为。方法采用专门制定的调查表,调查影响农村老年高血压患者遵医行为的因素及遵医行为状态,并给予针对性的护理干预后发放相同的问卷再次进行调查。结果针对影响农村老年患者遵医行为的主要因素进行护理干预后,患者的遵医行为明显提高,前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可改善患者的遵医行为,提高生存质量。
The purpose is to understand the status quo of compliance behavior of elderly patients with hypertension in rural areas and to give targeted nursing interventions to improve the compliance behavior of patients. Methods A specially developed questionnaire was used to investigate the factors that affected the compliance behavior of patients with hypertension in rural areas and the status of compliance with medical practices. The same questionnaires were issued after targeted nursing interventions to investigate again. Results After the intervention of nursing intervention on the main factors affecting the compliance behavior of elderly patients in rural areas, the compliance behavior of patients was significantly improved. The difference was statistically significant before and after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve patient compliance and improve quality of life.
