增注水溶性聚合物水驱工艺,目前,是一种最重要的也是广泛应用的采油新工艺。在这种类繁多的可用产品中,只有两种得到了广泛应用,一种是部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(PHPA),另一种是生物胶(生物聚合物)。这两种产品具有极大降低水流动度的性质,这是油田注水提高采收率的必要的特性。本文从六个方面对增注PHPA基聚合物的水驱工程的设计和最终实施进行了讨论。①聚合物的选择;②取岩心;③运行工况(实验室采油);④油田可行性试验;⑤模拟;⑥整个油田开发。
Adding water-soluble polymer water flooding process, at present, is one of the most important and widely used new oil recovery process. Of the many products available in this category, only two are widely used, one is partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPA) and the other is biopolymer (biopolymer). Both products have the property of greatly reducing the fluidity of the water, which is a necessary property of oilfield water injection to enhance oil recovery. This article discusses the design and final implementation of the waterflooding project of adding PHPA-based polymer from six aspects. ① polymer selection; ② take core; ③ operating conditions (laboratory production); ④ oil field feasibility test; ⑤ simulation; ⑥ the entire field development.
