患者男性 ,74岁。因患慢性肺心病 ,近半年口服双氢氯噻嗪 (2 5ｍｇ/ｄ) ,并间断口服氯化钾 (1 5ｇ/ｄ)。 2个月前出现四肢肌无力 ,逐渐加重 ,最终因四肢瘫痪 2天急诊入院。查体 :体温 36℃ ,脉搏 84/ｍｉｎ ,血压 13/ 9ｋＰａ ,心肺无明显异常。腹软 ,肝脾未及 ,双肾区叩痛阴性
Male patient, 74 years old.
