学生公寓是大学生在校期间生活、学习和休息的主要场所,也是高校开展德育工作的主阵地。学生公寓的管理可以直接体现出高职院校学生思想政治教育和管理水平。本文从正确认识高职院校学生公寓管理的重要性出发,分析了国内高职院校学生公寓管理现状,结合高职院校的实际情况提出改善和完善公寓管理工作的措施和建议。
Students’ apartment is the main place for college students to live, study and rest while they are in school. It is also the main front for moral education in colleges and universities. Student apartment management can directly reflect the ideological and political education and management of students in vocational colleges. Based on the correct understanding of the importance of student apartment management in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the status quo of student apartment management in domestic higher vocational colleges and puts forward measures and suggestions to improve and perfect apartment management.
