血清纤维结合蛋白(FN)为一组大分子的糖蛋白,具有多种生物学活性,与机体的防御功能密切相关。本文报道脑脊液FN测定结果。 材料和方法 一、正常CSF:取自年龄6～12岁的22例儿童。CSF潘氏试验阴性,细胞总数为零,糖大于0.5g/L。 二、各种患者的CSF:包括无菌性脑膜炎63例,化脓性脑膜炎13例,结核性脑膜炎12例,共88例。 三、FN测定:单向免疫扩散法。免疫板由卫生部北京生物制品研究所提供,具体操作按说明书。
