作者采用~3H—TdR掺入法,研究了补益中药鹿茸、灵芝和免疫调节剂转移因子、胸腺素对人T淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响,并与地塞米松的作用比较。结果表明,补益中药鹿茸、灵芝和免疫调节剂转移因子、胸腺素本身无刺激原样作用,但在一定浓度范围内均能促进PHA激活的人T淋巴细胞增殖反应,分别可提高GI值5.5、1.8、2.3和2.6倍。在大剂量时,均显示与地塞米松类似的抑制作用。实验提示补益中药鹿茸、灵芝与免疫调节剂转移因子、胸腺素对免疫功能的调节可能有类似机制。本实验为说明补肾益精与调节免疫功能的关系提供了实验依据。
Using the ~3H-TdR incorporation method, the authors studied the effects of replenishing Chinese medicine deer antler, Ganoderma lucidum, and immunomodulator transfer factor, and thymosin on the proliferative response of human T lymphocytes, and compared the effect of dexamethasone. The results showed that the replenishing Chinese medicine pilose antler, Ganoderma lucidum and immunomodulator transfer factor, thymosin itself did not stimulate the original effect, but in a certain concentration range can promote PHA activated human T lymphocyte proliferation reaction, respectively, can increase the GI value 5.5, 1.8 , 2.3 and 2.6 times. At high doses, all show similar inhibition to dexamethasone. Experiments suggest that there may be a similar mechanism in modulating the immune function of traditional Chinese medicine pilose antler, Ganoderma lucidum, immunomodulator transfer factor, and thymosin. This experiment provides experimental evidence for explaining the relationship between kidney essence and essence and regulation of immune function.
