几年来,在我省职业病防治工作中,一直采用热消化双硫腙法测定尿汞。过去在工厂矿山大量标本检查时,也曾经试用过冷消化法,但是总觉得冷消化法破坏有机物质的效果较差,特别在双硫腙提取时往往产生乳化,分层不清,结果偏高等现象,所以较少采用。此次我们在进行尿汞正常值测定时,对热消化法和冷消化法作了进一步探讨,从实验结果来看,热消化法重演性好,结果稳定,而冷消化法波动较大,结果偏高或产生假阳性。
