近年来,我省土壤有效磷测定广泛采用碳酸氢钠法。实践证明,此法不仅操作简便,而且能较好地反映全省土壤有效磷供应状况。但也有不少县级化验室反映,测定结果尚不稳定,再现性差,结果应用较为困难。为了保证测定结果的准确性、再现性,本文对浸提温度、浸提剂PH、浸提剂加入后的放置时间及振荡强度、速率对测定结果的影响进行了初步探讨。现介绍如下:
In recent years, the determination of soil available phosphorus in our province widely used sodium bicarbonate method. Practice has proved that this method is not only easy to operate, but also can better reflect the availability of soil available phosphorus in the province. However, there are many county-level laboratories that reflect the results are not stable, poor reproducibility, the results of the application more difficult. In order to ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of the determination results, the effects of extraction temperature, pH of extractant, storage time after adding the extractant and the intensity and rate of oscillation on the determination results were discussed in this paper.
