A new method to calculate the Murphree point efficiency of non-ideal multivariate distillation system is proposed. When calculating the mass fluxes of vapor-liquid two-phase in the bubbling liquid on the plate, the composition of the mixture in the diffusion path is fully taken into account The contact area between vapor and liquid in bubbling liquid is calculated according to the principle of multiphase turbulence dynamics. Using this new model for the calculation of six multivariate non-ideal mixtures, it shows that it can accurately predict the singularity of the efficiency of some component points, and the prediction accuracy is obviously superior to other existing methods to prove that it is an effective, Reliable non-ideal multiple distillation point efficiency prediction method.
