半个多世纪以来,随着方法学和科研技术的发展,人们对雄性生物体内雌激素的认识逐步深入。开始用的生物测定法较灵敏,但不可靠,受多种因素的影响。继之使用物理化学方法,如光谱测定法,荧光测定法和双同位素稀释等,主要用于测定尿中雌激素的含量,不能用于血液或组织样品的测定。其原因是不太灵敏。一直到70年代放射免疫测定法的问世,才能准确和常规地测定血浆和组织样品中的雌激素水平。人们对雌激素的研究才取得了较大的进展。雌激素主要
