本文对绍兴市房地产市场及税收形势进行了调查,结果显示:房贷政策出台以后,我市投资投机性购房需求受到打压,市场呈现价高量跌,从税收形势来看,上半年税收形势依然较好,但随着政策逐渐落实,房地产税收将可能出现下降现象。最后从税收角度对我市房地产市场进行分析,并提出相关建议。
This article surveys the real estate market and tax situation in Shaoxing City. The results show that after the introduction of the mortgage policy, the demand for investment in speculative housing in our city has been suppressed and the market has seen a drop in prices. According to the tax situation, the tax situation in the first half of the year is still relatively Well, but with the gradual implementation of the policy, real estate tax revenue will likely decline. Finally, from the tax point of view of the city’s real estate market analysis and make relevant recommendations.
