近段时间,山东石油和化工界正围绕党的十七届五中全会精神和党中央关于制定“十二五”规划的建议,对照自身的实际开展广泛而深入的研讨。作为山东石化工业的代言人,山东省石油化学工业协会会长刘言介绍说,根据五中全会大力调整产业和产品结构、发挥科技创新支撑作用、推进节能减排、大力发展战略性新兴产业的精神,山东石化工业“十二五”要加快三个转变,从化工大省转向化工强省。
