春节,徽州人习惯称为过年。过年,并不仅是现在春节长假的那几天时间,而是一个长达一两个月的漫长过程。古时的商品经济并不发达,自给自足的经济决定了从春天开始,就要为遥远的春节做准备。现在的徽州,很多过年的习俗依然很好地保留传承了下来,在年味越来越淡的如今,徽味年成了值得珍惜的收藏。
Spring Festival, Huizhou people used to call the Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year is not only a few days long now during the Spring Festival, but a long one or two month long process.
