中国自加入世贸组织以来,我国经济社会的快速发展,市场竞争也越来越激烈;因此企业只有强化人才经济,做好人员培训管理,才能在日益激烈的市场竞争中适应和发展。本文结合当前电力企业的人员培训管理工作,分析了存在的问题,并提出了加强人员培训管理工作的策略,同时就其员工培训的注意问题进行简要的论述。
Since China’s accession to the WTO, the rapid economic and social development in our country and the increasingly fierce market competition have made it impossible for enterprises to adapt and develop in the increasingly fierce market competition only by strengthening their personnel economy and doing a good job of personnel training and management. In this paper, the current power enterprises personnel training management, analysis of the existing problems, and put forward to strengthen personnel training management strategy, at the same time on its staff training attention to a brief discussion.
