病例报告男,52岁。出现上腹隐痛3月,呈进行性加重。饥饿时及夜间发作,饭后缓解,伴返酸,腹胀。无恶心,无呕吐,黑便史不详,食欲不振,体重下降(具体不详)。查体:发育正常,营养不良。全身浅表淋巴结未触及。腹呈舟状,未见肠型及胃蠕动波。腹软,剑突下偏右压痛,无反跳痛。未触及包块,肠鸣音正常。B超示肝、胆、脾、胰未见异常。内镜检查:幽门处见一半圆形轮状隆起,表面光滑,色泽正常。 Case report Male, 52 years old. Pain appeared in the upper abdomen in March and was progressively worsened. Starvation and nighttime episodes, relief after meals, acid reflux, and bloating. No nausea, no vomiting, no known history of black stool, loss of appetite, weight loss (specifically unknown). Physical examination: Normal development and malnutrition. Whole body superficial lymph nodes are not touched. The abdomen had a boat-like shape and no bowel or gastric peristaltic waves were seen. The abdomen was soft, and the xiphoid under the right side was tender and there was no rebound tenderness. Untouched mass, normal bowel sounds. B ultrasound showed no abnormalities in the liver, gallbladder, spleen, and pancreas. Endoscopy: The pylorus is seen in a semi-circular bulge with a smooth surface and normal color.
