产业是地区经济增长的载体和推动力,研究区域经济发展,首要的是研究区域产业,在间接融资占主导的金融体系下,区域产业能否得到有效发展,在很大程度上取决于信贷政策与其的协调程度。加强信贷政策与区域产业的协调,使之有效发挥作用,是区域经济发展的内在要求。在当前经济环境背景下,研究信贷政策与区域产业发展的协调,对于经济欠发达区域而言,更具有其现实意义。
