1995年5月,北京,人民大会堂。 江泽民总书记在全国科技大会上发出一个声音:“中国粗放式经济的时代已经过去了……”伴随着全场雷动的掌声,中国迎来一个依靠科学技术开辟规模经济的新纪元。 8月,北国,大庆。 大庆人在全国高新技术产业化工作会议上,作为中国石油工业创业者,向与会代表和全国人民证明了这样一个事实: 大庆经过35年的奋斗,不仅依靠丰富的石油资源和具有国际先进水平的油田开发技术逐步建成了我国最大的石油工业基地,成为世界10个特大油田之一,而且,正在由资源型城市向综合型、现代化的新城市迈进。 以大庆高新技术产业开发区为新的起点,大庆人在昔日的光荣和明天的梦想之间,构筑着跨世纪的宏伟工程,又一次创造了规模与速度的奇迹。
