随着社会的发展,用人单位对学生职业道德素质要求越来越高,人们开始意识到职业道德教育对大学生素质培养的意义。本文从当前高职院校职业道德教育在教育理念和实践两方面分析出现在高职院校职业道德教育存在诸多亟待解决的问题。
With the development of society, employers have higher and higher requirements on students’ professional ethics. People are beginning to realize the significance of professional ethics education to the quality cultivation of college students. This article analyzes the problems of vocational ethics education in vocational colleges from the aspects of educational philosophy and practice in the current vocational moral education in higher vocational colleges.
