2006年11月13日、16日,一年一度的华东政法大学公司法律论坛在华东政法大学交谊楼报告厅隆重召开。本次论坛围绕着公司出资瑕疵与公司司法解散两个主题展开了热烈的讨论。对外经济贸易大学的沈四宝教授、四川省社会科学院的周友苏教授、华东政法大学的顾功耘教授、罗培新教授、沈贵明教授以及上海市高级人民法院的胡曙光法官、上海市第二中级人民法院的林晓镍法官、上海市光大律师事务所的祝小东律师、上海市锦天城律师事务所的朱颖律师等出席本次会议。
On November 13 and 16, 2006, the annual corporate law forum of East China University of Politics and Law was held ceremoniously at the lecture hall of China Overseas Chinese University of Political Science and Law. The forum focused on the company’s funding flaws and judicial dissolution of the two topics launched a lively discussion. Prof. SHU Shubao from the University of International Business and Economics; Prof. Youyou Zhou from the Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences; Prof. Gu Gongyun, Prof. Luo Pei-Xin and Prof. Shen Gui-ming from East China University of Political Science and Law; Judges Hu Shuguang from Shanghai Higher People’s Court; Zhu Xiaodong lawyer of Shanghai Everbright Law Firm and Zhu Ying lawyer of Shanghai Jin Tiancheng Law Firm attended the meeting.
