用超声波对经离子液体预处理后的激光打印废纸进行脱墨,对超声波预处理的温度、时间和功率进行了优化。结果表明:较适宜的超声波预处理条件为温度35℃,时间4 min,功率360 W,在此条件下,激光打印废纸的脱墨效果较好。脱墨浆性能指标为白度84.0%ISO、抗张指数为32.8 N·m·g-1、耐破指数3.16 k Pa·m2·g-1和撕裂指数8.65 m N·m2·g-1,与仅仅用离子液体处理的激光打印废纸相比,经超声处理后的激光打印废纸的脱墨率提高12.93%、白度提高2.9%、抗张指数提高23.2%、耐破指数提高26.35%、撕裂指数提高11.41%。
The pretreatment of laser-printed waste paper with ionic liquid was de-inked by ultrasonic wave, and the temperature, time and power of ultrasonic pretreatment were optimized. The results showed that the most suitable ultrasonic pretreatment conditions were temperature 35 ℃, time 4 min and power 360 W.
