公开选拔领导干部是新时期干部选拔任用方式的一项重要改革,是公开、平等、竞争、择优原则在干部选拔任用工作中的具体体现。近年来,结合企业改革发展形势和提高竞争力的要求,许多都先后在公开选拔(招聘)领导干部方面进行了一些积极的探索和尝试。
Openly selecting leading cadres is an important reform of selecting and appointing cadres in the new era. It is an embodiment of the principle of openness, equality, competition and preferential selection in the selection and appointment of cadres. In recent years, many have made some positive explorations and attempts in the open selection (recruitment) of leading cadres in light of the requirements of the reform and development of enterprises and the enhancement of their competitiveness.
