研究目的:协调土地利用总体规划与村镇建设用地规划的矛盾,实现城乡一体化规划。研究方法:数据耦合模型、四层软件模型与比较分析法。研究结果:提出了基于四层数据增强对象的“两规”数据耦合方式,利用EER模型分析了“两规”业务需求和功能关联,并引入四层软件结构模型开发了城乡用地规划系统。研究结论:数据耦合机制切实可行,系统实用性强、可重用、易扩展,能够为国土部门提供了统一、综合的应用规划平台。
Research purposes: To coordinate the contradiction between the overall land use planning and the planning of land for the construction of villages and towns, and to realize the integrated planning of urban and rural areas. Research methods: data coupling model, four-layer software model and comparative analysis. Research results: This paper proposes a data-coupled method based on four layers of data to enhance the object. The EER model is used to analyze the relationship between business requirements and functions. A four-layer software structure model is introduced to develop the urban-rural land use Planning system. Research conclusions: The data coupling mechanism is practical, the system is practical, reusable and extensible, which can provide a unified and comprehensive application planning platform for the land departments.
