一、强化组织领导,推行分类指导1.建立机构,明确目标。中共松江区委十分重视新经济组织工会的组建工作,要求区总工会重视、加强新经济组织的工会组建工作。撤县建区后,区委更加大对工会工作关心力度。根据新经济组织迅速发展的新情况,区委于1999年初又批转了松江区总工会《关于加强新经济组织工会组建工作的请示》,要求各级党组织支持工会做好组建工作,
