本文报道了用玻璃粉(Vycor glass)提取人血浆心钠素(ANF)的放射免疫分析方法(RIA)与血浆直接RIA法和Sep-Pak C_(18)柱提取的RIA法进行了比较。三种方法的ANF测定值有相关性,而以玻璃粉法简便易行。
In this paper, the radioimmunoassay (RIA) method for the extraction of human plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANF) from glass powder (Vycor glass) was compared with the RIA method using direct RIA plasma and Sep-Pak C 18 column extraction. ANF measured values of the three methods are correlated, while the glass powder method is simple and easy.
