采用高射频感应加热法以及光辐射加热悬浮区熔法分别制备了Nd2PdSi3多晶和单晶样品,并对比研究了它们的磁性能。研究得出:多晶样品和单晶样品的磁性能完全不同。多晶样品居里温度为15.9 K,单晶样品居里温度为15.1 K;而[001]方向为Nd2PdSi3单晶的易磁化轴,单晶各向异性在0~150 K范围内明显。
Nd2PdSi3 polycrystalline and single crystal samples were prepared by high radio frequency induction heating method and light irradiation heating suspension zone respectively. Their magnetic properties were compared. The results show that the magnetic properties of polycrystalline samples and single-crystal samples are completely different. The Curie temperature of the polycrystalline sample is 15.9 K and the Curie temperature of the single crystal sample is 15.1 K. The [001] direction is the easy magnetization axis of the Nd2PdSi3 single crystal, and the anisotropy of the single crystal is obvious in the range of 0-150 K.
