面对大量废弃电子电气产品(WEEE),如何处理好经济发展与环境保护之间的关系尤其重要。将再制造产品与新产品分流,应用系统动力学(SD)方法,借助VENSIM软件构建并模拟了WEEE回收再制造供应链运营情况,跟踪了供应链上产品质量、配送时间、GDP增长率、库存调节时间、处理能力扩展策略、环保政策指数六种因素对WEEE回收再制造供应链运营效益的影响;针对存在的问题,考虑经济增长和环境保护两项约束,给出相应的应对策略,为实际应用提供借鉴。
