近日,邹城市档案学会成立暨第一次会员代表大会召开,来自全市各机关、企事业单位、镇街的会员代表130余人参加了会议。会议宣读了关于成立邹城市档案学会的批复及档案学会筹备工作的情况报告,表决并通过了邹城市档案学会章程,选举产生了邹城市档案学会第一届理事会理事、常务理事、理事长、常务副理事长、副理事长、秘书长、副秘书长,研究部署了当前和今后一个时期的学会工作。山东省档案学会曹明珍理事长、济宁市档案局刘凡营局长莅临会议。
Recently, Zoucheng Archives Association was established and the first member congress was convened. More than 130 delegates from various organs, enterprises, institutions and towns in the city attended the conference. The meeting read out the report on the establishment of Zoucheng Archives Association and the preparation of the Institute of Archives, voted and passed the Zoucheng Archives Association constitution, elected the Zoucheng Archives Association first council members, executive director, chairman of the board, Executive vice chairman, vice chairman, secretary general and deputy secretary-general to study and deploy the current and future academic work. Shandong Province Archives Cao Mingzhen chairman, director of Bureau of Archives Liu Fanning Jining City to come to the meeting.
