本文主要运用文献资料法,访谈法,数理统计法等研究方法,对陕西省竞技体操后备人才情况进行了调研,以参加陕西省第十三届运动会的各地市代表队运动员为研究对象,通过调研发现,我省在竞技体操后备人才培养机制方面还存在许多不足之处,本文拟通过比赛调研形式,对后备人才进行摸底,旨在为我省竞技体操人才的培养提供参考依据。
In this paper, we mainly use the methods of literature review, interviews, mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate the situation of reserve talents of gymnastics gymnastics in Shaanxi Province. Taking the athletes from different cities participating in the 13th Games of Shaanxi Province as the research object, It is found that there are still many shortcomings in our province in the training mechanism of gymnastic gymnastics reserve. This paper intends to make a thorough investigation of the back-up talents through the form of competition research, which aims to provide a reference for the cultivation of competitive gymnastics talents in our province.
