对几种矿石和混合精矿进行了试验室浮选试验,以确定作为砷黄铁矿选择性抑制剂的化学氧化剂的效能。这些研究是对砷黄铁矿浮选表面化学较为基本的和独立的电化学研究的补充。当 pH值提高到7以上时,氧化剂对砷黄铁矿的抑制作用得到了加强。强的氧化剂可以抑制预先浮选的砷黄铁矿。使用合适的氧化剂可以选择性抑制黄铁矿-砷黄铁矿混合精矿中砷黄铁矿。
Laboratory flotation tests were carried out on several ores and mixed concentrates to determine the effectiveness of chemical oxidizers as a selective inhibitor of arsenopyrite. These studies are complementary to the more basic and independent electrochemical studies of arsenopyrite pyrolytic surface chemistry. When the pH is increased above 7, the inhibitory effect of oxidants on arsenopyrite is enhanced. Strong oxidizing agents can inhibit the pre-flotation of arsenic pyrite. The arsenic pyrite in the pyrite-arsenopyrite mixed concentrate can be selectively inhibited by the use of a suitable oxidizing agent.
